Botswana is a very special place, rightly renowned for its wildlife.
It is the big animals that immediately come to mind, and on a visit to the national parks of Moremi and Chobe, for esample, you are likely to see many different kinds of antelope, elephant and hippo, giraffe, lion, jackal and hyaena, monkeys and baboons.
With luck, you could see leopard and cheetah.

Add to this array of plants and animals a unique geographical feature, the Okavango Delta, where a river runs into a semi-desert, spills its contents over of 13,000 kmq of waterways and then quietly disappears under the thirsty sands, and you have another excellent reason to explore Botswana.
